SHIPPING POLICY:
Custom Ceremonies offer shipping to all 50 U.S. States, Vigin Islands (US), District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Mexico and Canada. We ship via Fed Ex Ground Standard (5 shipping business days).
RETURN POLICY:
We try to describe each piece of merchandise exactly and we ship NEW products, however if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify me through email within 24 hours.
Please include the item number, name of merchandise, invoice number, date of purchase, your name, address and contact phone.
REFUND POLICY:
Shipping Fees or Return Fees will not be refunded only the cost of the merchandise will be refunded. Customer is responsible for return shipping and no refund for damaged or lost merchandise.
All credit card purchases will be refunded back to the original credit card that made the purchase.
