Do you charge sales tax?
We are a licensed Michigan business and we are required by law to collect from all Michigan, US, customers or from customers who ship their order to an Michigan, US, address. All orders shipped to destinations within the state of Michigan are charged 6% sales tax. Orders shipped to destinations outside the state of Michigan will not be charged sales tax and take solely responsible to pay there own taxes and keep records.

How long does it take to process an order?
All products on our website have a specific processing time. Processing times do not include the shipping transit time. Example: a product with a 1-2 business day processing time, if ordered on Monday with 2nd Day Air shipping, will arrive on Thursday at the earliest and no later than the following Monday. Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as business days.

Which payment methods do you accept?
PayPal is the only acceptable payment method that we use at this time! Credit Card payments are also acceptable through PayPal even if you do not have an account through PayPal.
